Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays and peak shopping periods
  • Periods of unusually high order volume

Orders are processed during normal business days only and do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Submitting an order does not guarantee same-day shipment.

Shipping Methods

Shipping services may include standard, expedited, and international delivery options where available.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever tracking services are offered by the selected carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Typical transit times are:

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Ophidian Accessories may offer shipping to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or GST charges
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other government-imposed fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery updates are managed by the carrier and may not immediately reflect real-time movement.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Ophidian Accessories is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping expenses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete address information
  • Failure to update shipping information before fulfillment

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing or shipment has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery generally transfers to the shipping provider.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Verify the shipping address provided
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

While we will assist where possible, Ophidian Accessories cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim or collect the package

may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, original shipping costs and any fees incurred from the carrier may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.

Ophidian Accessories is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Network or transportation interruptions
