Q: I would like to place and order but I live outside of the U.S., do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Due to Covid we are using FedEx for safety of arrival. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: That depends on your selected shipping option. First class is 3-6 days, Priority is typically 2-3 days. International orders are estimated between 8-12 days. Orders are shipped 1-3 times a week depending on order amount. The shipping times are estimates and up to the shipping carrier to meet. Shipping times are separate from handling times.
Q: Will my order have tracking? A: ALL orders regardless of shipping option will have tracking. Tracking will be updated on the order and our web host will send you an email update with it. We ship through a shipment fulfillment center so there is a delay between drop off and the online update. If you need to contact us for any reason it is best to email us at Ophidianmanagement@gmail.com. Please include name on the order along with the order number.
Ophidian is not responsible for lost or stolen mail once item has been delivered, we circumvent these issues by providing tracking with every order! In the event that this happens please contact USPS.
Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can order? A: Well, that depends. Please check the item description, if it doesn't have a limit listed feel free to order as many as you want!
Q: What is your refund/return policy? A: If you are not completely satisfied, return your playmat to Ophidian within 30 days of the date delivered to your door.
