Cancellations & Returns
At Ophidian Accessories, we take pride in producing high-quality accessories and providing excellent customer service. Please review the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and damaged shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered production, fulfillment, or shipment processing.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
If an order has already shipped, it must follow the return process outlined below.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Return requests must be submitted before the 30-day return window expires.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Limited-edition or event-exclusive products
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery
Exchanges
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it when inventory is available.
To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received
If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and affected product to assist with the claim process.
Failure to report shipping damage or fulfillment errors within this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
If a refund is requested for an undeliverable package, original shipping costs and any carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Ophidian Accessories reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above and to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
